Dr. Melissa Royer grew up in the mid-Michigan area and graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2004. Prior to that, she attended the University of Michigan-Flint where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Biology.

After completing dental school, Dr. Royer worked to build-up and own her own practice in Perry, MI. She helped to serve that area’s dental needs for 18 years.

Dr. Royer lives in Fenton and a desire to work within her own community and to be able to spend more time with her family led to her decision to sell her practice and join the team at Fenton Family Dentistry.

In her spare time, you’ll find Dr. Royer and her husband enjoying an evening out, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
